I'm a geeky, homeschooling mama of 2. I really like digital technology, so I couldn't help but to teach my kids the techie stuff! I believe in integrating technology, when possible, into school lessons and preparing our kids for a digital world. More importantly, we are a Christian family and completely believe in passing our faith in Jesus Christ. Her name, for the purposes of this blog, is BabyZ.
She is 2 years old (and I figure that within a few months I will no longer be calling her BabyZ!)
BabyZ is enthusiastic, full of energy and life, and never seems to tire! She truly lives up to her name, which means “life”.
We have just begun to officially consider her a true homeschool student, now that we have gotten through the tough, but beautiful months of nursing and weaning, potty training (still going through this!), and all of the other wonderful things that come along with babyhood!
BabyZ is beginning to become a real part of our homeschool experience now.
She loves to:
- Listen to books and pretend she is reading also.
- Build blocks.
- Play puzzles.
- Mash play dough.
- Sing! Oh, how she loves to sing with Big Sis!
- Play on the piano.
- Draw on the marker board.
Baby Z is going to be full of surprises this school year. We look forward to “having her in our class!” Ha.
